Job Position

Warehouse Associate at Lululemon, Ontario, CA.

Salary

$21.00 - $23.35 per hour.

Required Qualifications

(i) Proficient in using third-party technologies like RF scanners and voice picking systems.

(ii) Strong counting and attention-to-detail skills.

(iii) Ability to meet attendance requirements and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

(iv) Must maintain a safe working environment.

(v) Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

(vi) Proficiency in English for safety protocols and workplace communication (bilingual applicants encouraged).

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Perform tasks in various departments, including receiving, shipping, returns, inventory movement, and value-added services.

(ii) Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping while meeting performance metrics.

(iii) Operate and troubleshoot basic warehouse systems and tools.

(iv) Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

(v) Participate in training, team-building activities, and personal development.

(vi) Communicate effectively with leadership and peers to address operational or departmental issues.

(vii) Support and advise team members on standard operating procedures.

(viii)Understand warehouse layouts, resource storage, and departmental workflows.

(ix) Follow all distribution center guidelines and company policies.
