Job Position

Warehouse and Logistics Officer – NSW Rural Fire Service

Salary

$83,305 - $91,213 per annum + 11.5% superannuation

Required Qualifications

(i) Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management

(ii) Possession of a forklift licence and HR driver’s licence (or willingness to obtain)

(iii) Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

(iv)Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

(v) Commitment to workplace safety

(vi) Flexibility to participate in an on-call roster, including weekends, during emergency operations

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of essential firefighting and emergency response equipment

(ii) Maintain a well-organised warehouse and ensure the efficient flow of stock

(iii) Ensure the readiness and availability of deployable assets for emergency operations

(iv) Support the supply chain by coordinating logistics and inventory management

(v) Participate in emergency response operations as required, including weekend and on-call duties
