The University of Exeter, Department of Mathematics and Statistics, located at the Streatham Campus in Exeter, is offering a fully-funded PhD studentship.

Eligibility Criteria

(i) Applicants must have or expect to obtain a First or Upper Second Class UK Honours degree (or equivalent international qualifications) in Mathematics, Physics, Climate Science, or other numerate disciplines. Experience with large dataset analysis is advantageous.

(ii) Non-native English speakers must meet the university's English language requirements.

Benefits

(i) The studentship covers full tuition fees for eligible students, along with a tax-free stipend of at least £19,237 annually for 3.5 years of full-time study.

(ii) International students must cover additional costs such as visas and healthcare.
