IT Support Technician

Salary

Up to $80,000 annually, plus 10 paid training days

Required Qualifications

(i) In-depth experience in end-user support and Active Directory (on-premises and Azure)

(ii) Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, and Exchange

(iii) Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, AWS, and Citrix (VMware not required)

(iv) Understanding of IT infrastructure from workstations to firewalls, including LAN/WAN networking

(v) Experience using ticketing systems and applying customer service best practices

(vi) Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional client site visits

(vii) Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Deliver remote help desk support for environments ranging from 10 to 500 users

(ii) Provide technical assistance for servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft cloud environments

(iii) Support and maintain Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, AWS, and Citrix infrastructure

(iv) Handle a wide range of technical issues across various platforms and tools

(v) Occasionally assist in project deployments alongside senior engineers

(vi) Collaborate with experienced IT professionals to ensure systems align with industry best practices

(vii) Work a later shift starting between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM, adjusted for daylight saving
