Salary

$77,000 – $82,000 per year + Super + Bonus (Full-time)

Required Qualification

(i) Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration (preferred).

(ii) Minimum 5 years of retail experience, especially in high-range/premium sectors.

(iii) Proven experience in staff management and excellent customer service skills.

(iv) Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel), organizational, communication, and financial skills.

(v) Analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Oversee daily retail operations and ensure adherence to company policies.

(ii)Manage inventory, transfers, and damaged returns while maintaining correct stock levels.

(iii) Review and balance daily reports, ensuring smooth store setup and operations.

(iv) Lead, coach, and train the sales team, ensuring tasks and sales targets are met.

(v) Handle elevated client issues and support the team as needed.

(vi) Collaborate with HR and Brand Manager on recruitment and staff performance.

(vii) Coordinate events and public relations with the Tissot Marketing & Communications team and center management.
