Job Position

Shift Operator – Battery Recycling Plant (Full-Time)

Salary

$80,000 – $90,000 annually

Required Qualifications

(i) Valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one

(ii) Reasonable physical fitness due to manual labor requirements

(iii) Strong awareness of safety and hazards

(iv) Dependable and punctual

(v) Maintains high hygiene standards and must be clean-shaven

(vi) Comfortable working in high-temperature environments

(vii) Capable of working both independently and collaboratively

(viii) Operation of mobile machinery such as loaders, skid steers, excavators, and overhead cranes

(ix) Basic computer skills, including email and data entry

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Operate both mobile and stationary machinery in a battery processing and metal refining facility

(ii) Perform manual tasks as part of the production process

(iii) Follow an 8-day rotating roster: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off

(iv) Maintain productivity and safety standards while working long shifts (12 hours each)

(v) Utilize personal protective equipment and adhere to hygiene protocols

(vi) Contribute to meeting production targets through effective teamwork and self-management
