Senior Mechanical Engineer

Salary

$130,000 – $140,000 per year

Required Qualification

(i) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Building Services Engineering

(ii) Minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience, preferably in medium to large-scale commercial projects

(iii) Familiarity with building compliance and fire safety is advantageous but not essential

(iv) Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and BlueBeam

(v) Willingness to work on a variety of projects

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Develop engineering specifications and scope for building service upgrades (valued between $20K–$2M)

(ii) Conduct site inspections to assess defects, failures, or design shortcomings

(iii) Prepare technical specifications and tender documents

(iv) Oversee project management, including defect assessments

(v) Perform technical due diligence audits and reporting
