Job Position

Safety Administration Officer

Salary

$57,000 – $60,000 per year, plus Superannuation (negotiable)

Required Qualifications

(i) Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and coordination roles, preferably in safety and compliance administration

(ii) Strong IT skills, including experience with Excel, ERP systems, and specialized safety software

(iii) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

(iv) Attention to detail and time management abilities

(v) Ability to multitask and work with different supervisors and managers

(vi) Experience in safety database management and compliance documentation

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Manage and coordinate safety administration tasks across 10 sites in Queensland and Northern Territory

(ii) Maintain and update safety databases and compliance documentation regularly

(iii) Support Branch Managers and supervisors in understanding and fulfilling safety requirements

(iv) Monitor safety systems and address any non-compliance issues

(v) Ensure safety-related meetings, certificates, and rehabilitation plans are completed and followed through

(vi) Liaise with various personnel to manage data input and system updates
