Job Position: Residential Care Worker

Salary

$92,442 - $113,079 per annum (pro rata, inclusive of allowances)

Required Qualification

(i) Experience or skills in providing therapeutic care for children and young people.

(ii) Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

(iii) Relevant qualifications or background in community services, youth work, or related fields may be preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Collaborate with a team to ensure optimal outcomes for children and young people.

(ii) Provide therapeutic residential care, addressing both group and individual needs.

(iii) Plan, develop, and implement activities that support healing, connection, learning, and preparation for adulthood.

(iv) Foster a safe, stable, and supportive environment in line with the vision of Therapeutic Residential Care.
