Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Controls & Assurance

Salary

$209,328 – $229,237 per year (Salary component: $180,044 – $197,307)

Required Qualification

(i) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management

(ii) Strong proficiency in estimating software, including MS Excel

(iii) Experience in analyzing schematics, specifications, and technical drawings

(iv) Excellent analytical skills, commercial acumen, and negotiation abilities

(v) Proven leadership in managing a high-performing team

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Develop and manage project cost estimates from pre-tender to completion

(ii) Work closely with project teams to create precise project budgets

(iii) Review technical documents and specifications to ensure accuracy in cost estimation

(iv) Conduct industry benchmarking and market analysis to refine cost projections

(v) Optimize resource allocation and ensure compliance with industry standards
