Salary

$90,000 - $100,000 plus commissions and remote work options

Required Qualifications

(i) 1 to 3 years of experience as a Property Manager

(ii) Familiarity with 'PropertyMe' or similar property management software (training available if needed)

(iii) Strong attention to detail and communication skills

(iv) Commitment to delivering high-quality service

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 properties

(ii) Oversee maintenance and repair requests

(iii) Handle rent arrears and conduct rental reviews

(iv) Perform property inspections (entry, exit, and routine)

(v) Maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords

(vi) Attend tribunal hearings and resolve disputes

(vii) Collaborate with the leasing team, senior property manager, and director
