Project Manager (Building)

Salary

$200,000 per year + Superannuation + Vehicle + Accommodation

Required Qualification

(i) Valid Builder's Licence is required.

(ii) Strong leadership and management experience, with skills in CAD.

(iii) Background in carpentry (construction) with a diverse skill set.

(iv) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

(v) Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Oversee and manage daily operations of the construction team, including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, welders, and painters.

(ii) Prepare tenders and quotes for renovations, house extensions, and new builds.

(iii) Address issues and problems within the job scope.

(iv) Perform take-offs, order materials, and read construction plans.

(v) Lead and manage the construction team to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency
