Project Engineer/Civil Structural Engineering

Job Position

Project Engineer at Fulton Hogan Australia Pty Limited, focusing on a wastewater project in Parkes, Dubbo & Central NSW.

Required Qualification

(i) A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

(ii) Ideally 5 years of experience in project delivery, particularly in mid to large-scale civil projects.

(iii) Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage stakeholder interests effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Oversee project delivery, ensuring safety, cost, quality, and time targets are met.

(ii) Manage and coordinate supervisors, site engineers, and subcontractors across multiple work fronts and disciplines.

(iii)Handle budgets and cost forecasts to understand project completion costs.

(iv) Liaise with community, council, and service authorities.

(v) Program and coordinate work to meet critical deadlines and planned occupation works.

(vi) Identify and issue variations and extensions of time (EOTs) to subcontractors' original scope and analyze costs.

(vii) Address design and constructability issues, providing efficient solutions that consider the interests of key stakeholders and the delivery team.
