Project Engineer

Job Position

Project Engineer – Plumbing/Infrastructure (Full-time, Permanent)

Salary

$90,000 – $120,000 per year

Required Qualifications

(i) Strong administrative experience

(ii) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software

(iii) Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility

(iv) Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality

(v) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

(vi) Ability to interpret plans and specifications

(vii) Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

(viii) Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

(ix) Experience in preparing job descriptions and detailed reports

(x) Reliable, hardworking, and proactive approach

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Analyze drawings to determine project requirements and material quantities

(ii) Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems

(iii) Prepare project-related manuals, including As-Built, Handover, and Operation & Maintenance documents

(iv) Manage and control project drawings

(v) Provide excellent customer service while handling inquiries from clients, staff, and subcontractors

(vi) Process contract records, purchase orders, and invoices

(vii) Assist in reviewing, developing, and negotiating contract variations

(viii) Prepare and coordinate client reports

(ix) Oversee end-of-month project procedures
