Professional Land Surveyor

Salary

$100,000 - $150,000 per year

Required Qualification

(i) Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying

(ii) Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/LS) license required

(iii) Experience with transportation-related property and plat work preferred

(iv) Proficiency in boundary, ALTA, topographic surveys, and construction staking

(v) Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage

(vi) Strong knowledge of the surveying process from start to finish

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Serve as a liaison between office and field operations

(ii) Prepare legal property documents

(iii) Oversee and direct field survey teams in tasks such as boundary surveys, construction staking, ALTA, and topographic surveys

(iv) Conduct property boundary calculations
