Eligibility Criteria

(i) Open to students with a First or Upper Second Class UK Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant science or technology field.

(ii) Preferred candidates should have a background in programming (e.g., C++, Python), materials science, or engineering manufacturing.

(ii) Applicants must meet English language proficiency requirements if English is not their first language.

Benefits

(i) Covers Home or International tuition fees.

(ii) Provides an annual tax-free stipend of at least £18,622 for four years of full-time study (or pro rata for part-time study). International students must cover additional costs such as visa fees, healthcare surcharge, and relocation expenses.

Scholarship Deadline

Application deadline is midnight on August 20, 2024.

The Ph.D. program is set to begin in February 2025.
