Salary

$130,000 - $140,000 per year plus superannuation.

Required Qualifications

(i) A degree in supply chain management or a related field is highly regarded.

(ii) 3-5+ years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

(iii) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

(iv) Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on driving change and making improvements.

(v) Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, manage resources, and ensure high-quality standards.

(ii) Oversee site leadership, supply chain, logistics, and team development.

(iii) Ensure critical workflows and labor allocation meet delivery timeframes (DIFOT).

(Iv) Implement and manage stock control processes within the warehouse.

(v) Drive continuous improvement in operational layout, picking, and put-away processes.

(vi) Maintain cleanliness and organization within the operation.

(vii) Utilize IT systems for stock control, EDI ordering, freight, and logistics.

(viii) Manage relationships with freight companies for truck bookings and container scheduling.

(ix) Lead a team of 15, fostering a positive work environment and collaborating closely with the office and procurement teams.
