Eligibility Criteria

(i) Open to international students from all countries except Singapore

(ii) Must possess strong leadership qualities and potential

(iii) Demonstrated excellence in co-curricular activities

(iv) Exceptional academic performance in high school

(v) Must be applying for a full-time undergraduate degree at NUS

(vi) Transfer students from local or overseas universities are not eligible

Benefits

(i) Full coverage of subsidized undergraduate tuition fees (after accepting the MOE Tuition Grant)

(ii) Annual living allowance of S$5,800

(iii) One-time computer allowance of S$1,750 upon enrolment

(iv) Annual accommodation allowance of S$5,000
