National Business Development Manager

Job Position

National Business Development Manager (also referred to as Client Partner or Australian Vice President)

Salary

$200,000 - $240,000 per annum + superannuation

Required Qualifications

(i) Extensive experience in client management and business development within the insurance industry

(ii) Proven ability to lead large-scale client engagements and drive revenue growth

(iii) Strong industry network with key decision-makers in the insurance sector

(iv) Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

(v) Willingness to travel interstate and occasionally internationally

(vi) Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and results-driven approach

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurance businesses

(ii) Identify growth opportunities and provide tailored solutions to drive revenue

(iii) Manage account profitability, contract negotiations, and financial oversight

(iv) Act as the primary escalation contact for service delivery and issue resolution

(v) Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand presence

(vi) Lead governance forums and engagement initiatives to strengthen client partnerships
