Salary

$40–$55 per hour for face-to-face tutoring (slightly lower for online sessions).

Required Qualifications

(I) Completion of high school in Australia, preferably VCE (Victoria).

(II) Must hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) in Victoria.

(III) Strong knowledge in one or more subjects taught from P-12.

(IV) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

(v) Passion for education and making a positive difference in students' lives.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Provide one-on-one tutoring to students in their homes or online across various subjects and levels (P-12).

(ii) Tailor lessons to meet individual student needs, fostering confidence, motivation, and academic growth.

(iii) Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

(iii) Collaborate with Alchemy Tuition's team for professional development and resource access.

(iv) Commit to a long-term engagement with assigned students to ensure consistent progress.

(v) Flexible scheduling and ability to select students near your location.

(vi) Professional support and mentoring programs.
