Salary

$200,000 – $270,000 per year (based on experience) + Bonus

Required Qualifications

(i) Extensive experience in sales, business development, and leadership.

(ii) Strong professional network in industries such as technology, digital transformation, financial services, or consulting.

(iii) Previous experience in a senior leadership or country manager role, preferably in a high-growth tech or services company.

(iv) Strategic mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth and business expansion.

(v) Passion for technology, digital solutions, and innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Lead and execute the company’s expansion strategy in Australia.

(ii) Identify and secure key clients to establish a strong market presence.

(iii) Develop and implement growth strategies to position the company competitively.

(iv) Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and partners.

(v) Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.

(vi) Oversee operational, financial, and compliance aspects to ensure sustainable growth.
