Manager: Dynamic Simulation

Salary

$230,000–$260,000 per annum, plus superannuation and bonuses.

Required Qualification

(i) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

(ii) Proven experience in managing and delivering simulation studies within relevant industries.

(iii) Background in dynamic simulation or process engineering (preferred).

(iv) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

(v) Demonstrated leadership and team management expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Lead and mentor a team of dynamic simulation professionals to enhance their capabilities.

(ii) Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

(iii) Develop advanced simulation models to address complex business challenges and generate measurable value.

(iv) Align simulation insights with strategic business goals through collaboration with stakeholders.

(v) Manage simulation projects, balancing timely delivery and long-term capability building.
