Lead Educator – Early Childhood

Required Qualifications

(i) Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor’s degree preferred, must be ACECQA-approved).

(ii) At least 3 years of professional experience in early childhood education.

(iii) Valid Blue Card (working with children check).

(iv) Up-to-date First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certifications.

(v) Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children.

(ii) Work collaboratively with colleagues, children, families, and the community to enhance learning experiences.

(iii) Engage in professional development and stay updated with best practices in early childhood education.

(iv) Ensure a safe and stimulating indoor and outdoor environment.

(v) Participate in team activities and initiatives, including a Giving Program and social events.

(vi) Support a child-centered approach to decision-making, fostering a strong sense of wellbeing and inclusivity.
