Laboratory Assistant (Temporary Full-Time, 12 Months)

Salary

$57,398 – $65,457 per year plus superannuation

Required Qualifications

(i) Strong willingness to learn and quickly adapt to technical laboratory operations.

(ii) Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based work environment.

(iii) Good communication and organizational skills.

(iv) Dedication to maintaining high laboratory standards, ensuring result accuracy and adhering to safety protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Conduct laboratory tests and activities to support the Gippsland Water Factory (GWF) Operations team.

(ii) Work with data management tools and systems to facilitate laboratory operations.

(iii) Apply policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality laboratory performance.

(iv) Maintain accuracy and safety in all laboratory practices while contributing to a professional and efficient work environment.
