Salary

$140,000 - $160,000 per year + Superannuation + Car + Bonus

Required Qualifications

(i)Experience in account management, sales, or business development

(ii) Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships

(iii) Analytical skills to assess account spending, product trends, and growth opportunities

(iv) Excellent communication and negotiation skills

(v) Ability to collaborate with sales and business development teams

(vi) Experience in the cleaning, hygiene, or facility maintenance industry (preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring high service standards and customer retention

(ii) Develop a strong understanding of client operations to offer tailored solutions

(iii) Analyze spending patterns and product usage to identify growth opportunities

(iv) Work alongside the Business Development Manager to pursue new leads

(v) Coordinate with the equipment specialist team to arrange product demonstrations

(vi) Schedule regular in-person meetings to strengthen client relationships and foster loyalty

(vii) Train clients on the proper use of the company’s dispensing systems and chemical products

(viii) Contribute to achieving overall company sales targets
