Swinburne University of Technology, supported by Professor Janet Hiller, the Inaugural Dean of Health Sciences.

Eligibility Criteria

(i) Citizenship/Residency: Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, holders of permanent humanitarian visas, New Zealand citizens, or international students.

(ii) Commencing postgraduate student at Swinburne University in Semester 2, 2024. Enrolled full-time in an eligible postgraduate course (Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy).

(iii) Undergraduate degree from Swinburne, preferably a Bachelor of Health Sciences (not mandatory)

(iv)A statement (500 words or less) explaining the benefits of the scholarship.

(v) Evidence of Disadvantage in terms of; Financial difficulty or low income, Disability or medical condition, Career or study interruption due to family responsibilities or illness, Relocation from a rural or regional area for tertiary study.

(vi) English as a second language.

(vi) Provide an academic transcript of previous studies.

Benefits

The scholarship is valued at $5,500 for one year.

Scholarship Deadline

Applications must be submitted online with all supporting documentation by August 31, 2024. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
