HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Advisor - Solar Farm

Salary

$120k - $140k + Superannuation + Accommodation + Travel + Meal Allowance

Required Qualification

(i) Experience in health, safety, and environmental management in construction, particularly in large-scale renewable energy projects.

(ii) Knowledge of HSE management systems and compliance.

(iii) Ability to work with cloud-based software platforms for documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Assist the HSE Manager in updating and maintaining safety protocols.

(ii) Facilitate onboarding for new staff, including site inductions for equipment and plant.

(iii) Manage and organize subcontractor onboarding documents through cloud-based software, ensuring adherence to the HSE Management Plan.

(iv)Ensure all subcontractor licenses and certifications for high-risk activities are current.

(v) Collaborate with the construction team to review upcoming tasks and prepare daily safety documentation for subcontractors.
