Salary
$100,000 to $120,000 annually (Full-time)
Required Qualification
(i) Significant experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role, especially in high-volume venues
(ii) Proven ability to manage and mentor kitchen staff
(iii) In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, flavour pairing, and dish presentation
(iv) Skilled in inventory management, food cost control, and budgeting
(v) Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
(vi) A passion for creative cooking and delivering exceptional food experiences
(vii) Willingness to live near or relocate to Northern Beaches, Sydney
Duties and Responsibilities
(i) Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff
(ii) Design seasonal, innovative menus that highlight premium ingredients
(iii) Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food prep, presentation, and service
(iv) Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
(v) Manage stock levels, ordering, and kitchen supplies to ensure efficiency
(vi) Work closely with the management team to support business growth
(vii) Cultivate a positive and productive kitchen culture
