Salary

$55,000 – $70,000 per year

Required Qualification

(i) Tertiary qualification in Agriculture

(ii) Passion for agriculture with a strong work ethic

(iii) Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

(iv) Ability to work independently and within a team

(v) Quick learner with a proactive attitude

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers

(ii)Assist in selling merchandise and handling administrative tasks

(iii) Learn about soil testing, fertilisers, chemicals, crops, and pastures

(iv) Participate in hands-on activities like seed mixing, fertiliser blending, and loading

(vi) Monitor pasture trial sites and steadily grow your customer base

(vii) Receive training and mentorship to enhance skills and knowledge in agronomy
