Financial Controller

Salary

$140,000 – $180,000 per year

Required Qualification

(i) Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role, ideally within the accounting industry.

(ii) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

(iii) Professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA) is highly desirable.

(iv) Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

(v) Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.

(vi) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

(vii) Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.

(viii) Experience in financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Manage financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely insights.

(ii) Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and other financial processes.

(iii) Analyze financial data to provide actionable recommendations for business decisions.

(iv) Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

(v) Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performing environment.

(vii) Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
