Environmental Field Supervisor at Tranen Revegetation Systems (Perth, WA)

Salary

$80,000 – $120,000 per year (Full-time)

Required Qualifications

(i) Hands-on experience in revegetation, environmental management, landscaping, forestry, or a similar field.

(ii) Relevant education, certifications, or training (preferred but not mandatory).

(iii) At least three years of leadership experience managing teams of up to 10 people in field-based operations.

(iv) Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

(v) A valid driver’s license.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Oversee and manage field teams executing rehabilitation and seed collection projects.

(ii) Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

(iii) Lead, mentor, and develop team members to maintain a culture of accountability and excellence.

(iv) Optimize resource allocation, productivity, and time management for efficient project execution.

(v) Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and internal policies.
