E-COMMERCE WAREHOUSE PICK-PACKER

Job Position

E-Commerce Warehouse Pick-Packer (Full-Time)

Salary

$28 – $32 per hour

Required Qualification

(i) No formal qualifications required

(ii) Strong communication skills and attention to detail

(iii) Ability to learn and adapt to new processes

(iv) Basic computer and web browsing skills are beneficial but not mandatory

(v) Experience in pick-packing, customer service, or retail is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Accurately follow brand-specific packing guidelines

(ii) Pack items securely into boxes or satchels

(iii) Retrieve products using tote trolleys

(iv) Identify and report any issues to senior staff

(v) Resolve address discrepancies when necessary

(vi) Learn and navigate warehouse storage systems

(vii) Maintain clear and effective communication with the team
