Deakin University, Australia, offers the Deakin STEM Scholarship to support international students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate coursework within the Faculty of Science, Engineering, and Built Environment.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must:

(i) Be citizens of Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, or Vietnam.

(ii) Be new students commencing their course at Deakin by Trimester 3, 2026.

(iii) Meet course entry requirements, including English language proficiency.

(iv) Maintain a minimum weighted average mark (WAM) of 65% during each year of study at Deakin, with at least 8 credit points remaining in their course if readmitting.

(v) Enroll in undergraduate or postgraduate coursework (including honours) from the Faculty of Science, Engineering, and Built Environment.

(vi) Not be commencing a course on the Future Learn platform.

(vii) Achieve specific academic scores as detailed for each country and qualification.

Benefits

A 20% reduction in tuition fees for the standard duration of the course.
