Customer Service Representative at RaD Car Hire Brisbane, Northgate, Brisbane QLD.

Salary

$60,000 – $65,000 per year (part-time).

Required Qualification

(i) Valid driver's license.

(ii) Confident and personable with excellent interpersonal skills.

(iii) Strong passion for delivering genuine customer service.

(iv) Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

(v) Proficiency in computer use and effective telephone communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Communicate with customers via phone and email to answer inquiries and handle bookings.

(ii) Manage car rental bookings for both domestic and international travelers.
