Required Qualifications

(i) Proven experience managing client portfolios in a B2B technology environment.

(ii) Expertise in account planning, identifying opportunities, and engaging with executives.

(iii) Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth.

(iv) Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

(v) High adaptability, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure clients achieve desired outcomes using the platform.

(ii) Conduct executive business reviews to highlight value, progress, and potential growth opportunities.

(iii) Drive renewal and expansion discussions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
