Customer Hub Support Officer
Salary
$77,000 per year + Superannuation + Salary Packaging
Required Qualifications
(i) Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment
(ii) Familiarity with social housing (preferred)
(iii) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
(iv)Strong administrative and data management skills
(v) Excellent verbal and written communication, along with problem-solving abilities
(vi) Must pass a national police check, qualifications and reference checks, and obtain clearance to work with children/vulnerable people
Duties and Responsibilities
(i) Provide professional and empathetic customer service to all stakeholders
(ii) Handle inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed
(iii) Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders
(iv) Accurately update client records in CRM, Asset Management, and Data Management Systems
(v) Perform central administrative tasks with precision and efficiency
(vi) Use trauma-informed communication techniques to assist distressed callers
(vii) Participate in discussions to enhance tenant feedback responses and encourage engagement in Mission Australia’s programs
