Contract Administrator - Fit Out and Refurbishment
Salary
$100,000 - $130,000 per annum
Required Qualifications
(i) Experience in Contract Administration, ideally gained through a cadetship
(ii) Strong skills in client liaison, negotiation, and project management
(iii) Ability to manage Requests for Information (RFIs), Extensions of Time (EOTs), progress claims, and variations
(iv) Experience in procurement and administration of subcontractors and suppliers
(v) Proficiency in preparing subcontracts, purchase orders, and trade packages for tender
(vi) Ability to produce accurate subcontract tender analysis, progress reports, and cost reports
(vii) Strong project coordination and sequencing of trades
Duties and Responsibilities
(i) Maintain and develop key relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
(ii) Manage procurement and administration tasks, including defining scope, preparing subcontracts, and purchase orders
(iii) Oversee project management and client liaison for hospitality, commercial office, and retail projects up to $10 million
(iv) Prepare and negotiate contract terms, trade packages, and manage tender processes
(v) Produce progress reports, cost reports, and tender analysis
(vi) Coordinate and sequence trades effectively throughout project execution
