Client Success Manager

Job Position

Client Success Manager at TrustedClients, Barangaroo, Sydney, NSW.

Salary

$70,000 – $90,000 per year, with potential to earn $120,000+ through commissions and bonuses.

Required Qualification

(I) At least 2 years of experience in relationship management.

(ii) Moderate experience in marketing and sales is preferred.

(iii) Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to self-regulate under pressure.

(iv) Proactive problem-solving approach with a growth mindset.

(v) No prior experience in accounting and financial services is required; training will be provided.

(vi) Experience working with remote teams is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Manage and onboard clients, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.

(ii) Support clients with coaching, business growth strategies, and sales processes.

(iii) Oversee client engagement, project completion, and lead conversion.

(iv) Maintain client communication, monitor progress, and provide assistance when needed.

(v) Collaborate with the account manager to ensure marketing projects are effective.

(vi) Report to the CEO on product improvements and coaching systems.
