Cable Technician

Salary

Weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $1,700

Experienced technicians may earn up to $2,000 per week

Required Qualifications

(i) No prior experience required (paid training provided)

(ii) Valid driver’s license and Social Security Number (SSN)

(iii) Ability to pass a drug test and background check

(iv) Basic English communication skills

(v)Physically capable of carrying heavy equipment (e.g., 28 ft. ladder)

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Install and run cables from poles and inside residences

(ii) Set up and activate TV, Internet, and phone services for customers

(iii) Install and configure equipment such as modems and cable boxes

(iv) Perform signal level verification on cable outlets

(v) Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

(vi) Educate customers on the use of installed services and equipment
