Salary

$120,000 – $140,000 per year

Required Qualification

(i) Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, ideally in the building, construction, or coatings industry.

(ii) Strong knowledge of the construction sector and ability to engage with builders, developers, and specifiers.

(iii) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

(iv) Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

(v) Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

(vi) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

(vii) Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with builders, developers, and architects.

(ii) Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

(iii) Develop strategies to expand the company's market presence and penetrate new regions.

(iv) Research potential leads, follow up, and convert them into long-term business opportunities.

(v) Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

(vi) Collaborate with management to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

(vii) Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

(vii) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

(viii) Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
