Assistant Service Delivery Manager

Salary

Up to $100,000 per year plus superannuation.

Required Qualifications

(i) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all levels.

(ii) Background in the service industry.

(iii) Ability to travel regularly interstate across NSW, VIC, and QLD.

(iv) Optimistic attitude, strong decision-making abilities, and effective multi-tasking skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Provide support to the Regional Service Delivery Manager.

(ii) Attend meetings with drivers, clients, and C-Suite stakeholders.

(iii) Manage various forms of communication, including email responses.

(iv) Assist in training drivers as needed.

(v) Understand and manage client expectations to ensure excellent service delivery.

(vi) Conduct mystery checks on drivers and assess service levels.

(v) Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure adherence to company standards.
