Anjeli Nathan Memorial Scholarship

Scholarship Host

The scholarship is hosted by the ANU College of Science and is established in memory of Anjeli Nathan, a promising student who lost her life while conducting field research.

Eligibility Criteria

(i) Applicants must be exceptional students accepted to study behavioural ecology or conservation biology in an Honours Program at The Australian National University (ANU).

(ii) Alternatively, applicants must be within 12 months of completing a Bachelor of Science with Honours at ANU as of the closing date.

(iii) Projects involving long-term captivity, killing, or surgery on animals are not eligible.

(iv) Preference is given to those based or co-supervised in the Division of Ecology, Evolution and Genetics during their Honours year.

Benefits

(i) The scholarship offers $7,000 per annum.

(ii) Only one scholarship is available.

(iii) Payments are made per semester and are applicable for one year.
