Job Position

Aged Care Administration Officer at SydWest Multicultural Services, Blacktown, Sydney NSW.

Salary

$75,000 – $80,000 per year.

Required Qualification

(i) Certificate III in Business Administration or at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

(ii) Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

(iii) High level of judgment, initiative, confidentiality, and sensitivity.

(iv) Proficiency in basic operating systems, Microsoft Office, and database management.

(v) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Provide exceptional administrative support, reception duties, and customer service to the Aged Care Services team and customers.

(ii) Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.

(iii) Respond to inquiries from potential customers and provide information about available services.

(iv) Handle client complaints with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate person.

(v) Assist with client intake, manage external invoices, monitor PPE stock, prepare and maintain client files, and manage client documents.
