Eligibility Criteria

(i) Open to new undergraduate international students.

(ii) Scholarship eligibility is based on GPA at the time of admission.

(iii) Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress to continue receiving the award.

(iv) Renewal requirements include a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and completion of 24 credits per academic year (Fall/Winter).

(v) Renewable for up to 8 semesters for freshmen and 6 semesters for transfer students, or until completion of a bachelor’s degree.

Benefits

(i) Undergrad International Student Scholarship or Non-Resident Scholarship

(ii) $12,500 per year ($50,000 total) – For students with a 4.0 GPA or higher or a Michigan address.

(iii) $10,000 per year ($40,000 total) – For students with a 3.5 - 3.99 GPA.

(iv) $7,500 per year ($30,000 total) – For students with a 3.25 - 3.49 GPA.

(v) $5,000 per year ($20,000 total) – For students with a 3.00 - 3.24 GPA.
